Check In & Transfer
Head to reception with your booking confirmation. Hand over your keys and we'll park your car for you. Then hop on the next minibus to Gatwick South Terminal.

When you return, collect your bags and call the free phone number on your key receipt. A minibus will pick you up and bring you back to the car park. Your car will be ready and waiting.

How far is Cophall from Gatwick Airport?
About 10 minutes by minibus from Gatwick South Terminal. We’re located on Effingham Road in Copthorne, just off the M23 at Junction 10.
Is my car safe?
Yes. Our car park holds the Park Mark Award and the Trading Standards 'Buy With Confidence' accreditation. We have barrier-controlled entry and exit, CCTV, secure fencing, regular patrols, and staff on-site 24 hours a day.
How do transfers work?
Our shuttles run on demand, 24 hours a day. On your way out, you board after checking in. On your way back, call the free phone number on your key receipt and we’ll come and collect you.
Do I need to leave my car keys?
Yes. When you check in at reception, you hand over your keys. Our team parks your car in the secure compound for you. Your keys are kept safe and returned when you get back.
What about electric vehicles?
We accept electric and hybrid vehicles. Please note that we retain all car keys, including those for EVs.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Check the terms on your booking confirmation for the full cancellation and amendment policy.
Do you accept large vehicles?
Standard vehicles are welcome. Long wheelbase vans over 5.3 metres cannot be accommodated. Motorbikes are not accepted.
Is the car park accessible?
The entire site is on ground level with no stairs. We have a wheelchair-friendly reception area and disabled toilet facilities. Please note that while wheelchairs can be transported on the minibus, passengers do need to be able to step up into the vehicle.
